ACP's 4th Annual Leadership Forum
At ACP’s fourth annual Leadership Forum, attendees be introduced to thought processes and skills that will help them lead in a world of constant change. During this two-day event, facilitators will guide attendees through group and individual learning activities designed to build confidence and leadership skills valuable to their practice, community, and home.
Council has identified leadership as a critical success factor for pharmacy practice and the college. Leadership skills are important across our professions, whether it means being a practice leader or an organizational leader. These skills are of value in our family and community lives too.

Dates: June 21-23, 2017
Location: Fairmont Hotel Macdonald, Edmonton, AB
Held at the Fairmont Hotel Macdonald in Edmonton, the Leadership Forum kicks off on the evening of Wednesday, June 21 and concludes on Friday, June 23 in the late afternoon. ACP will cover accommodation and meal costs for candidates who are selected to attend. Transportation and out-of-pocket expenses are your personal responsibility.

Interested? Take advantage of this opportunity to build your leadership capacity and apply by noon on Friday, May 12, 2017. Here’s what you’ll need to submit to be considered for this year’s forum:
- Cover letter describing your leadership aspirations, particularly as they relate to your professional role and ACP; and
- A copy of your CV, outlining your professional background, achievements, leadership experiences, and awards received
This information will serve as the foundation for selecting candidates for the limited number of spots available at the forum.
