Leads the Quality Practice Division in Alberta and is responsible for the development, implementation and review of professional standards that define quality pharmacy practice.

Lynn Paulitsch, Operations & Finance Director
Leads the operational functions of the college including accounting, finance, investments, human resources, information technology, records management, and special projects.

Manages projects as assigned and administers the hearings process as directed under the Health Professions Act.

Maintains the college’s technology infrastructure and resolves help desk issues; researches, procures, and deploys new technologies to support ACP’s users and business processes.

Works with business units to understand, document and analyze their process and system improvement requirements and then monitors approved projects to ensure they satisfy the identified requirements.

Pamela Timanson, Competence Director
Leads the development and implementation of  programs and procedures to ensure pharmacists and pharmacy technicians are competent to perform their authorized roles, including the Continuing Competence Program (CCP).
